Why No Refund Policy:
We at Just Original offer check n pay service all over Pakistan for customer satisfaction or to create a more transparent relation with our customer. We don't want our customer to have any trust issues while placing order: to overcome any doubts or issues we want every customer of ours to check the parcel before receiving still anyhow for some reason if our customer is not satisfied they can return the parcel on spot to the courier company.Just Original bares a high cost of this policy as when the parcel comes back to us the product gets totally damaged if not then packaging is destroyed and most of the time it gets stolen inspite of all these factors Just Original never stepped back from this policy and bares the heavy cost of this policy just to maintain and gain customer trust and maintain smooth transaction with the customer. Hence after such transparent delivery exchange policy still applies.
For in-house purchasing the exchange policy applies and refund doesn't apply as our staff at Just Original is well trained: They satisfy the customer with every possible query they have whether its original or high end we tell the customer regarding everything.

Timeframe for Exchange:
You can initiate a exchange within 7 days of the purchase or delivery date, whichever is later.
After this period, we regret that we won’t be able to accept exchange.
Sale items are non-refundable but you can still exchange them.
Non-Refundable Items:
